The condition of the rooms were very bad, Bad sheets, linens were dirty.
I have a horrible experience there.

Dirty accommodations, bad staff, higher price.

Was nice clean nice staff and very nice view.

Very poor service with a rude staff. Will not recomond Ramada Antalya. Infact staying at 2101 room not thinking to stay here tomorrow. Pathetic place.

My husband and I originally came here for our honeymoon 4 years ago and have been back every year since. We absolutely love this place and couldn't fault it one bit. The staff are so friendly which is one of the main reasons we love coming here. The food is lovely and there is so much to choose from. Hatice who makes my omelettes for breakfast every morning is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Orhan and Tarik at the front desk and waiters Durmus, Ahmet, Arikan and Hat…ice are all really helpful and friendly. One thing that stood out for us this year is the Entertainment, which we've not really had before and its AMAZING. The water aerobics in the morning was my favourite part of the day and so much fun. The gentleman Fatih and his assistant Meryem made it really fun this year, they're really nice people, great characters and definitely the highlight of our holiday. They had us all laughing every single day. The foam party was brilliant and we even played Bingo along with so much more. As if we didnt think this holiday could get any better as we've been here before and knew what to expect, what a great touch with the entertainment. Well done Ramada Plaza and thank you to Fatih and Meryem, it wouldn't have been the same without you both :)

Great hotel, staff member, clean rooms, decent gym and pool nice fake beach. Why I gave 3 statr because I booked room and breakfast for 5 days and wanted to upgrade to full buffey deal for one day but could not get the deal as I have been told that I should be paying for 5 days I think it was unreasonable.

Good value for money. We chose the full board option. Food was good and the hotel is only a 5 minutes walk from the down town. I will definitely check in again on my next visit to Antalya.

The stunning hotel fully justifies its 5 stars. Rooms, service, restaurants — at the height. There is no beach, but the stunning terraces with sunbeds and clear sea at the cliffs make up for this lack. The old town is a 10-minute leisurely walk through the park.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed, amazing view from the balcony. The restaurant and pool/beach view are incredible. Medium buffet (always the same food) in the all inclusive formula.

Lovely hotel with an awesome swimming area in the sea. The hotel has lovely rooms with balconies. Breakfast room is really beautiful with a view of the mountains and the sea. The setting of the hotel is amazing. The biggest advantage is that the hotel 8s within walking distance to all shops and restaurants as well as the old city. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is good, the price/quality is consistent, the food is on 4 (as it is monotonous) and the bed is already worth replacing, the staff are polite, allowed early check-in for free, the beach is interesting, but with a small child I wouldn't swim there) ) ) but there is a great one Infinity pool.

It's a nice hotel. Clean. It's working. Friendly staff. A convenient access to the sea for those who can swim. Diverse menu. Evening concerts on the piano in the hall.

We stayed here in May for ONE week as part of my 18th birthday celebration. Hotel is perfect in location, the room was clean, staff super friendly. Chatted to lots of guests while out on the deck and swimming in the sea. Enjoyed Old Town, visited local Black Code Tattoo Studio for my first tattoo. The food and drinks all top quality. Chatted to hotel owner, who was so down to earth. Also being from Scotland the staff speak English with ease. Enjoyed the on site Spa and gym.

The main advantage of the hotel-a good location! It is probably the only big hotel within walking distance of the old town. As a result, the staff is relaxed and not trying very hard. Visitors will always be. On the day of arrival, I had my birthday. The staff was very helpful and helpful. The restaurant is very rude. In a minute of closing the restaurant, they begin to defiantly clean everything from your table, although you still keep eating. Also the waiter made a remark when he saw that I wanted to bring an apple and an orange. The fruit was not sliced, but whole. Is it really necessary to sit and have an apple specially for breakfast? Of course, I assumed that whole fruit could be taken with me, especially since it was everywhere I was before. At arrival, we were given a discount card to visit the spa, 50%. Apparently on these 50% masseurs less effort. Again, compare similar services in hotels where you've been before. From good impressions-a room. Large, cozy, comfortable bed and mattress. The bathroom is also good. There is a bath and a shower corner. Spacious balcony with side sea view. Large free safe. Good Wi-Fi. Nice infinity pool. The entrance to the sea from the stairs and the sea to swim to the pontoon. Who is not confident on the water, it will be a problem. The handrails at the stairs are metallic and very slippery. It's hard to get caught in a big wave. In general, if you do not pay attention to some trifles, it is possible to spend a few days in this hotel.

I had a very good stay in this hotel close to downtown 5 min walk to small pools the view is beautiful soon.

We stayed here for 1 week and we really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel had good English speaking staff at reception who were also very friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic with a lovely side sea view including a balcony. The rooms were serviced daily and kept clean with everything you need including an iron and a hair dryer! Room service attended promptly to anything we required or ordered. The indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath and sauna are all free and really nice. You can pay extra for a VIP private service such as a Jacuzzi for an hour or classic massage which is really nice for a couple but make sure you book within 3 days to receive the heavy discount or it can work out quite expensive. For the outdoor pool and bathing areas you need to go through the restaurant just across the back road which contrary to reviews I had read before we were not charged to access these areas. You can go down the various levels of bathing areas into the sea which is beautiful and clear. The restaurant breakfast is free before 10.30am for everyone and they have a fantastic variety to choose from, a great start to the day. Fresh juices are chargeable. We only had dinner here once as we were mostly out and trying different places. The menu options for dinner was decent and the food was good but a little expensive as expected at a hotel. You can find much better interesting food out and about.

What a stunning hotel!. This place looks exactly how it looks in photos and not many things do. Our stay here was lovely our rooms were nicely decorated and they had a great sea view, each time we went down we were just in awe of the architecture. The hotel has 3 restaurants 1 being a buffet which was considered the main restaurant. It had some interesting food not all was nice but I believe with some turkish food you either like it or you just don't. There are 2 pools outdoor one had amazing views and was clean!. The staff are nice but the biggest problem is probably the language barrier. With some of the staff its hard to get them to understand. One thing to look out for is the taxi stand thats joined with the hotel. They can be very sly and will try their hardest to get the most out of you. Stay cautious and dont let them talk you into bringing you back from places as well as taking you because they'll charge for staying there with you too besides taxis there are in abundance.

Air conditioning did not work.
After several complaints, I got a spare room at 02:00 at night. First it was called you can't do anything for me at the time.
The all inclusive alcoholic drinks were no name products. For well known Spieituosen you always had to pay extra.
The location is nice because central downtown but more also not.

Very well situated five star hotel. Good food, good rooms, mostly good service. We tried to organise something beforehand. It was difficult to contact the hotel. If contacted, it was difficult to find the right person to help. But other than that it is quite fine.

I am from London and I travel around the world, this my second stay in this hotel, I come to the same hotel it so amazing and my wife likes it, and I have been to Turkey 4times before this, this hotel is the best! the staff is so friendly the hotel is amazing the location is one a kind, you got every thing near you, the old town the shops, transport, the food of the hotel is so amazing, where can you eat 7times a day, I recommend this hotel and I give 5* for every thing.

Works in the hotel currently but when they are finished the hotel will be even better. Personally, we are not really disturbed by the work.

The Location is great, everything is close by: The center, Kalichi, the Sea, the bay, the shops. The Service is terrible, the food is not always fresh, the staff is not smiling and friendly. At the gala dinner in honor of New year drinks and food table, table skimpy. Eating and drinking by 23.00 ceased to wear at all. We left at 23.30 to the park next to the hotel. There was a lot of fun, and cool: People are many, dancing, enjoying themselves… By the Way, the musicians were invited to this Christmas Night "Neumukh": Fifteenth session-fifteenth session on guitar, a little Falsha in vocals and the overall impression: Bremen musicians, no more. The Local Merchant advised us to take a closer look at the small hotels in Kalici.

Wonderful stay from room quality to other amenities like Turkish bath, pool, gym, excellent buffet and etc. Usual Ramada quality. Hotel interiors (esp. Lobby and food court) were really nice. Piano play during nights are also cool. Kind and smiley personnel. Walking distance to many attractions. But… why charging visitors 5 TL per a cup of tea during open buffet dinner? No big deal, but so weird. Feedback's given but none cared. Anyways, I won't get a 10 TL stand in front of a perfect romantic stay, so hotel's cool people. Check in and enjoy!

A beautiful building from inside with an excellent location to enjoy both the seaside and the city. The staff were very polite and the food was both interesting and tasty. The room was spacious and nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. There were a few extra bits that made it even better such as the pianist in the evenings and the view from the balcony or from the restaurants terrace. The clear blue sea with the mountains in the backdrop is such a beautiful sight to behold and the mood both in the hotel and in the area where it is located is very relaxing particularly with the calm music that was played in the hotel. Taxis are conveniently located just outside and there is always an English speaking person present to help. The downsides to the experience would be the noise that can be heard in the room coming from people who may be in the corridor or from the echos of the main hall, though you don't usually hear it but can occasionally. Also when there is a wind coming from the sea this can sometimes be heard from the balcony door. The other issue is the lights in the bedroom, although many, were still very dim. All in all though I would give it 5 stars and intend to go back one day.

I liked this hotel. Lobby is spectacular and rooms are a good size with balconies. View from breakfast area is one of the best panoramic breakfast views anywhere. The gym is outstanding (best I used in Turkey). Downsides — gym only opens at 8am. Be careful of consumption from minibar. Note in room says beer and soft drinks free when in fact they are not.

What a great experience. Easily the best hotel experience I have ever had. We had booking for 4 nights. When we arrived, we were told that due to overbooking, we have to be accommodated in a neighborhood small hotel and in return they gave us free food and drink, all we can, for the entire stay. Great gesture and we used it fully well! Great ambiance and great views of sea from our room balcony. A must must place to stay when you are in Antalaya.

Nice modern hotel, not exactly quiet given the building site next door and another one close by. We were disappointed by the reception staff, they failed to deliver a note inviting us to dinner until the night after the event, and failed to produce a vase despite two requests, for some flowers we were given, meaning they spent the time in the bath. I hope the cleaner was able to make use of them! There was no information in the room or from reception about the swimming pool facilities, we never found the indoor one. Food was very good.

The worst hotel in Turkey. Staff totally incompetent and cheeky. And lie the blue of the sky. Food is a disaster. Hygiene is under all sow.

I can only say good things about this hotel.
Very good location. Not far away from airport few minutes to the foot port, Old town and the whole city centre.
The beach was a dream for me also quite good audience.

Staff was also attentive you have to give a bit of tipping everywhere (bar, restaurant, cleaning lady) It is also quite normal to give a tip during the holiday if they serve you all day.
Food is not a gourmet but for the money man knows that no gourmet there.

1: the first impression of the hotel is Nice but that is deceptive as soon as you are checked in. The service (roommaids and other are overwhelmed) rooms are only partly clean the toilets stink under the bed are whole dust clouds is not thought all in clusiv the drinks and snacks that stand as free nevertheless calculated so be careful! We had booked a suite that wanted from the hotel and put in on the first day and give ourselves a normal double room. Baby cot we had announced several times before our trip that we want to have one in room but that was also forgotten and now the height comes! We were asked if the child could not sleep on the sofa for a day (baby is 8 months old) until my collar broke and I threatened with the lawyer so we got in no less than 15 min our suite and the baby bed. Caution is also advised if someone gets sick. The staff is working with a particular Memorial Hospital which is not a state hospital but they will try to send you there. Don't go there they want to take the money out of your pockets and the person who sends you there gets a premium for it. The food could be better the dining room is not so hygienic cutlery is partly dirty fruit and vegetables was often old and dry! The salad that was available for breakfast was served until dinner. The pool is in my opinion also not sour and correctly I am sorry for the expression (after shit) so never again!

Only 4* because there is only one way (narrow stairs) to access the sea and because the bar, located on the platform that serves as a small beach, only had beer, wine and soft drinks in the "all inclusive" list. If you wanted something stronger, you either had to go to the pool bar (climb all those stairs), or you had to pay — I found this "trick" really disgusting. The food was more than decent — highlights: some really nice high carb cakes, a kind of narrow pizza, grilled meat, cheeses, salad ingredients. The fruits look nice but taste synthetic — low flavor and sweetness. Staff: mostly friendly; if you speak Russian you have an advantage — you'll have more chances of being understood than an English speaking person. Room: nice, clean, full of stuff that you have to pay for. I recommend using the spa area from the first day you get here, because it really helps you adapt to the high humidity. Placement: really close to the old city (that's why we chose this hotel). Overall: a nice vacation.

We went here for four years now. Everything is great, the rooms arr good, pool, food almost everything is great. I don't know why but for the one reason they changed almost the whole staff. And so now there isn't any good one left (from the new ones, the few old ones are still very nice) for example: when you get your food from the buffet and you're sitting down on the table and start your meal, they don't come to your table to take your drink-order on them selfs, but it is the concept of theire hotel: you get your food on your own and you can order your drinks with te waiter/waitress. And a second example: almost no one can speak or understand English! In this touristic area everyone should! I know my English isn't always correct, but I'll do my best to be loud and clear to anyone. So they should get an English course payed by the hotel! These are two of the examples that's the most disturbing. It's not the end of the world. But do something about the staff… People will stay away after a while! Learn them hospitality and English!

The luxury hotel. Service at the level. The delicious menu. The main contingent of businessmen, congressmen, is not very well suited for beach rest.

Wonderful time. Culturally, guests are international; East meets West. Well appointed rooms, very good food and great views from the high hotel pool. It is walking distance to the city, which allows for cultural excursions and allows one to mix with the locals. We went all-inclusive and were very happy, particularly with the bar services.

Overall, a Hotel that is fully and completely to the demands! Especially the friendliness of the staff, the proximity to the old town, the additional sports facilities and the varied Buffet are convincing!

It is the 4th time we stay in this hotel and I must say that every year we have a great time. I must admit that the quality of food over the years went from 10/10 to 7/10. Not having free shampoo in the bathroom but a basket with shampoo, conditioner, brush, where you have to pay for is real let down for a 5* hotel. I never saw a basket with sweets in a room of a 5* hotel where also you have to pay for. Taking it away would upgrade the quality and spirit of the hotel. But the hotel has some beautiful staff. I would like to congratulate them with telling the hotelmanagement the names of them, At the seabar Aktunc aydin, at the lobbybar Aytekin, at the diningroom Ferhan Yuksel, Durmus Yalgin, Ahmet Orug. These 5 people are standing for what a service should always be at a 5* hotel. Thank you so much aytekin, aydin, durmus, ahmet and Ferhan… you are great staff! The hotel is for me not a 5star hotel it is dirty the operation what is unkind for the money I here for issued did for the hotel I had 2 times holiday hotel can make in a reasonable 5star really sad like that in every corner of dirt dirt and again dirty the rooms are not properly clean made…

The hotel is not clean as it should be. Most of the chairs in the breakfast restaurant have stains, dirty spots, or even totally dirty. The elevator's doors have stains as well, full of hand prints and other stains. And in the morning 0840 housekeeping knocking my door and try to open it. Unbelievable hotel it is.

The all people in the hotel is very nice and specially Mrs. Fayrouza and the reception people. I think I am coming back.

The hotel is very central so to speak mid in the Centre. To the hotel, I can say anything bad because the staff was very friendly, helpful, fast and clean! The food tastes great and the hotel simply has a gigantic sea views! I would and will come again staff want to thank to the very can sadly now no name there were too many where I thank would :) ) Hope to come back as soon as possible.
